These lessons are suitable for dancers with no, little or much experience with Bellydancing. A kind of “Zumba meets Belly Dance” lesson. The focus is less on technique and more on shaking, dancing and training the Belly muscles.
If you would like more depth and technique then you are welcome to join the "Belly Dance basics" lesson or the "Next level" class for a more advanced class.

Please be there at least 10 minutes before the start of the class.
Entrance Gymzaal: Waldeck Pyrmontkade 115 (next to mattress shop)
What to wear: comfortable dance/sports clothes (legging/pants and top) and you need sports/aerobic shoes & a bottle of water. No more is needed.

You don't have to worry at all about language barriers.
There is not much explaining in Zumba, usually, if there is someone that doesn't understand Dutch in the class I will explain in English.
Luckily the language of dancing is universal ;)

This class is suitable for dancers with some experience with Belly Dancing. If you are beginner then we recommend the "Belly Dance Basics" class on Thursdays 20.30-21.30 or at least a combination of both classes.
In this class you fine tune your basic Belly dance techniques, postures, movements, and combinations. We will do some fun (fusion)Belly Dance choreographies. In addition to that, we practice mindfulness exercises about femininity, sensuality, and self-embrace.
